Event description: 

The Yale Kerry Initiative will host a conversation with former Vice President Al Gore on Thursday, October 26, from 5-6pm. The event is open to members of the Yale community. The event, which will be live-streamed, is part of the Kerry Conversations series.

Gore is the cofounder and chairman of Generation Investment Management. He is a senior partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and a member of Apple Inc.’s board of directors. Gore spends the majority of his time as the chairman of The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit devoted to solving the climate crisis. He is the author of several best-sellers and the subject of an Oscar-winning documentary, An Inconvenient Truth, and a new film, An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power.

Ticket/Registration Info

Pre-registration is required. A Yale NetID will be required to register and attendees must show a Yale ID at the door. Please note that for security reasons, large items, including backpacks and umbrellas, will not be allowed in the Auditorium.
