Life at Yale for Graduate Students

As a Yale graduate student, we know your studies and career goals are the reasons you are here, but there’s also a lot for you outside of the lab, library, or classes. This “Life at Yale” section can help you find events and services to enhance your life.

McDougal Fellows in Graduate Student Life, OGSDD, OCS and CTL and the McDougal Graduate Center spaces help you make the most of your time here! There is plenty to explore and enjoy at Yale and in New Haven, and we can help you find fun and interesting events while you make friends. Graduate school can be challenging, too, but there’s always someone or some program to help you answer questions, deal with your concerns, reduce your stress, and manage academics and personal life.  There’s information in this web section on Life in New Haven, graduate student governments and student organizations, and info for those of you with spouses/partners and children (or thinking about it)
