Greetings, fellow alumni,

As we look to close out the fundraising year on June 30, I have some exciting news to share with you. Thanks to the incredible generosity of our alumni community, the Yale Graduate School Alumni Fund has surpassed its $1.5 million goal. However, there is still a pressing need for your support. Achieving our new target of $2 million by June 30 will enable us to provide even greater support to our students and faculty. Your donation will ensure we continue to thrive.

I am incredibly proud to be the Graduate School’s Alumni Fund Chair, and volunteering with the Yale Graduate School Alumni Fund has been a deeply fulfilling way to stay connected to Yale and give back to a community that has given me so much. In an era where higher education faces numerous challenges, your support is more vital than ever. The unrestricted money raised through the Alumni Fund empowers Dean Cooley to offer fellowships and stipends, support the Dean's Emergency Fund, and provide for the Travel Fund. It also fuels groundbreaking research and nurtures discoveries that have the power to transform our world. By donating today, you are investing in future leaders, scholars, and innovators who will make meaningful contributions to society.

Thank you to those in the alumni community who have contributed already – your generosity has made a significant impact. For those who have yet to give, there is still time to make a difference. Together, we can continue to foster an environment of excellence and opportunity at Yale.

Please consider making a gift to the Yale Alumni Fund today. Every donation, no matter the size, ensures that Yale remains a beacon of knowledge and innovation.

Best,
Gene Wang ’99 PhD
