Degree Conferral

Due date for dissertations to be uploaded to DPRS in order to be considered by the Degree Committee for award of the PhD in December. Dissertation submission must be completed in DPRS by 5:00pm EST.

Classes

Final date for the faculty to submit grades to replace grades of Temporary Incomplete (TI) awarded during the previous academic year.

To assign a grade to replace the TI grade, log in through the University Registrar's office Grade Submission page. Select the term from the drop-down menu, then click on a graduate course. At the top of the roster will be the option to click Forms to access the Grade Change Form. If you will be assigning a Permanent Incomplete grade, you will need to email registrar@yale.edu.
