Meals for Mentoring Enrollment Form
The Graduate School’s Meals for Mentoring program is an opportunity for current Yale PhD students and mentors to discuss research, coursework, career goals, and personal and professional development over a free lunch. Each PhD student can request up to four lunch meals per term—two for yourself and two for a faculty mentor. An allocation of dining points for use at lunch will be added directly to your Yale ID. You can treat your mentor to lunch at any of the following locations:
- Café Med (Medical area)
- Schwarzman Center Commons (excludes Elm, The Bow Wow, The Well, and Ivy)
- Kikar Schusterman (Slifka Center)
- West Campus
- Residential college dining hall where you have ID access.
The deadline to enroll for the Spring 2026 semester is January 30, 2026.
Please complete all fields that apply to your course(s) to avoid delays with processing your request.
