Seyla is the founder of Clarivio Advisors, a healthcare consulting firm dedicated to transforming patient engagement through digital strategies. She earned her PhD from Yale University and an Advanced Graduate Leadership Degree from the Yale School of Management. Seyla has led innovative initiatives at the intersection of technology and patient care. Previously, she served as the Global Director of Digital Health and Patient Experience Strategy at Novartis, where she spearheaded global digital health strategies across multiple disease areas and multiple countries.

Before Novartis, Seyla was a Senior Engagement Manager at Keystone Strategy, where she founded the digital healthcare practice and advised Fortune 500 pharmaceutical clients on digital transformation. She also co-founded a medical device start-up focused on microfluidics, demonstrating her passion for healthcare innovation. Her expertise spans patient experience design, digital health, and strategic consulting, making her a trusted leader in the industry.
