We encourage you to travel to conferences to present your work and network with scholarly colleagues. Yale can help fund your conference travel.
You may be eligible for conference travel funding provided by your program or department. We encourage you to utilize any resources available through your program first. Here are some additional resources should you need them:
- Conference Travel Funding (CTF) Grant Opportunities - Search “conference travel” on the Yale Student Grants and Fellowships database to see a complete list.
- Graduate Student Assembly (GSA) Conference Travel Fund (CTF) - The GSA awards conference travel funding for GSAS students.
- MacMillan Center for International and Area Studies Conference Travel Grants & other Travel Fellowships - The MacMillan Center provides conference travel grants for GSAS students in the humanities and the social sciences. The conference, workshop, or meeting can be in the United States or abroad, but the student must be on the program as a presenter, session chair, or discussant speaking on an international topic.
