SHARE Center

SHARE provides crisis support, advocacy, and referral to on-going care for all members of the Yale community dealing with sexual misconduct of any kind, including sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, intimate partner violence, and more. SHARE also offers on-going counseling for students (undergraduate, graduate, and professional) focused on processing issues related to sexual misconduct.

Social Justice Workshops
OGSDD graduate student fellows host Social Justice Workshops during the academic year, covering issues such as race and racism, imposter syndrome, policing, diversity in the academy, and environmental injustice. These workshops provide a forum for graduate students to discuss topical issues in a small group setting, usually over a meal.

Student Accessibility Services (SAS)

Student Accessibility Services (SAS) works with Yale students with acute or ongoing disabilities to provide appropriate accommodations, auxiliary aids, and services through an interactive process. The Graduate School's liaison in SAS is Jordan Colbert.

Student Employment
Part-time employment at the university or elsewhere should not conflict with your degree program or interfere with your academic progress. If you seek part-time employment beyond an average of ten hours per week, you must have permission from your director of graduate studies in consultation with the appropriate associate dean of the Graduate School.
