  1. Conference Travel Fellowship (CTF)

    By partnering with the MacMillan Center and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, graduate students with representatives in the Graduate Student Assembly are eligible for annual conference travel funding of up to $800.

  2. Health Award

    The Graduate School provides Yale Health Basic Coverage at no cost to all students (Master's and PhD) who are enrolled at least half-time in degree-seeking programs. In addition, all PhD students registered at least half-time receive a Health Fellowship Award that covers the cost of Yale Health Hospitalization/Specialty Care Coverage.

  5. Master's Student Information Packet

    The Master's Student Information Packet includes information on estimating the cost of living in New Haven, scholarship and fellowship opportunities, student loans, health coverage, employment, and accessing and maintaining your student account. The packet is sent to master's students at the begining of each academic year.

  6. Student Employment

    Part-time employment at the university or elsewhere should not conflict with your degree program or interfere with your academic progress. If you seek part-time employment beyond an average of ten hours per week, you must have permission from your director of graduate studies in consultation with the appropriate associate dean of the Graduate School.
